A-101 · Cover sheet · Aerial progress documentation

The whole job site, from the same spot, every week.

We fly a drone over your construction site on a regular schedule and shoot from the same altitude and angle each time. Owners, contractors, and lenders all see the same progress, from the foundation pour to the final landscaping, and nobody has to drive out to check.

Same spot. Same angle. Every visit.

Sequence of work

Because each photo lines up with the last, changes on site are easy to see. You can flip between two dates and know exactly what moved.

  1. Pick a schedule

Choose weekly, every other week, or key milestones like the foundation pour, framing complete, and roof on.

  2. We fly the same route

The drone goes up to the same altitude and points the camera at the same angle each time, covering the building and the ground around it.

  3. We process the photos

Each image is cleaned up, dated, and organized so the progress reads at a glance.

  4. Everyone gets the same view

Stakeholders and key players on the project receive the same photos, so the conversation starts from the same picture.

One consistent view for everyone on the project.

Site visits take time to schedule, and two people can walk the same site and come away with different impressions. A steady aerial record gives the whole team one shared reference.

Time

No special trips

Check progress from your desk instead of driving to the site and walking the perimeter.

Clarity

Changes stand out

Matching frames make it easy to spot what was built, moved, or delivered since the last visit.

Record

A dated record

Every photo is dated, so you can look back at how the site stood on any given week.

Why aerial progress photos pay off.

Keynotes

Keep an eye on site security

Every visit captures fencing, gates, equipment, and material staging from above. Gaps in the perimeter, missing materials, or signs of unwanted visitors are easier to spot and document.

Close the gap between plans and reality

Top-down photos line up with your site plans, so you can check footprints, grading, and access routes against the drawings and catch differences before they get built over.

Catch problems early

Frequent, up-to-date views of the whole site show issues like standing water, erosion, blocked access, or work falling behind while they're still easier and cheaper to fix.

Learn from every project

When the job wraps up, the dated record makes it easy to walk back through the build week by week and see what went well, where delays started, and what to do differently next time.

Common questions

RFI log
RFI-001Do you shoot the same view every time?Answered
Response

Yes. Each visit uses the same specified altitude and camera angle, so photos from different weeks line up and are easy to compare.

RFI-002Are you certified and qualified to fly?Answered
Response

Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, and SkyFox Visuals holds an AUVSI Trusted Operator Program (TOP) Level 3 certificate. If your site is in controlled airspace, such as near an airport, we obtain the FAA authorizations needed to fly there, through the FAA's Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) system.

RFI-003Where do you work?Answered
Response

Currently, we're serving construction sites throughout New Hampshire.

RFI-004What parts of the site do you cover?Answered
Response

The whole project, from the land clearing and pouring of the foundation through framing and roofing, plus the finishing touches.

RFI-005How do we receive the photos?Answered
Response

Through a secure online project folder. After each visit we add a new dated folder of finished, full-resolution photos and email everyone on the project a short update. No third-party apps needed to view or download.

RFI-006What happens if the weather is bad?Answered
Response

Safety is our top priority. When the crazy New England weather doesn't cooperate, we reschedule as close to your planned date as possible.

RFI-007Do you offer 3D mapping?Answered
Response

Yes. Along with progress photos, we can turn a flight into a 2D map of the site, called an orthomosaic, or a 3D model. These are useful for measuring distances, areas, and stockpile volumes, and for comparing the site against your plans. Ask about it when you request a quote.

RFI-008How do I get a price?Answered
Response

Send us the site location and how often you'd like visits using the form below, and we'll get back to you with a quote.
